Frequently asked questions

Do I have to move my email or change my mail provider?

No. Your mailboxes, addresses and mail server stay exactly where they are. You only change your domain's MX records so that incoming mail passes through our filter first.

Which mail servers and providers are supported?

All of them. Whether you use Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, a hosting package with Plesk or cPanel, or your own Exchange server — if your domain receives email, it can be protected.

What happens to messages identified as spam?

They are held in your personal quarantine instead of being delivered. You can review them anytime, release false positives with one click, and tune the filter with your own allow and block lists.

How long does setup take?

Adding a domain takes about a minute. The MX record change at your DNS provider usually propagates within a few hours; we check it automatically and email you as soon as your domain is protected.

What does the trial include?

Everything. Full filtering for your domains for 14 days, no payment details required. If you do not subscribe afterwards, filtering simply stops — your email keeps working as before.

What happens if my mail server goes down?

Our filter servers queue your incoming email automatically and deliver it as soon as your server is reachable again. Senders never notice a thing.

Does filtering delay my email?

No. Scanning happens in real time as the message is received — legitimate mail is passed to your server within seconds.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. The subscription is monthly per domain and can be cancelled anytime through your dashboard. After cancellation, simply point your MX records back to your own mail server.

Is outgoing email filtered too?

Currently we protect incoming email. Outgoing filtering (protecting your server reputation and preventing blacklisting) is on our roadmap — contact us if you are interested.
